Hi, I’m Andrei Stoicescu

My Story

For more than a decade, I worked in the corporate world, leading strategic technology projects. On paper, I was successful — but inside, I felt the quiet pull of something more authentic.

That pull led me back to my creative roots. Music, writing, and reflection had always been ways I made sense of the world. Over time, I realized they could also be bridges for others — not just for myself.

Eventually, I chose to step out of the structures I knew and into a path that felt true: creating spaces where people can return to themselves, explore their gifts, and move into freedom.

Bridging Worlds

Today, my work brings together two worlds:

• Business and leadership — where I help professionals find clarity, realign their path, and lead with resonance.

• Art and creativity — where I guide artists and seekers to reclaim their voice and bring their authentic work into the world.

This is where my coaching, music, and writing meet: at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and change.

Philosophy

At the heart of with andrei is a simple vision: a world in which we allow ourselves to fully be, feel, and create.

And a mission that grounds it: with andrei creates spaces of trust and resonance — guiding curiosity toward clarity, confident choices, and meaningful action, while leading the way into new possibilities.

These are not just statements — they’re lived commitments. They shape the way I show up in every coaching session, workshop, song, and conversation.

A Personal Note

Outside of work, I’m a husband, a father, and someone who loves snowboarding, mountain biking, cooking, and exploring rhythm in daily life. These experiences keep me grounded and remind me that clarity and creativity are not just professional concepts — but ways of living fully.
